The Child-Friendly Divorce – January 19, 2024

You may be thinking, “The Child-Friendly Divorce? This is an oxymoron and just is not possible.”

While there are many different aspects that need to be addressed during a divorce (i.e. child support, equitable distribution, alimony, retirement accounts, etc.) the most important aspect to any parent is their child(ren).

Here at Pickett Law Firm we understand that first and foremost you are a parent who wants the best for your children. We are honored to guide our clients through their family law matters and we take our role very seriously.

We also understand that the time our client spends with us through their trying times is but a snapshot of their life. Once the case is resolved and our client begins to move forward they must then begin down the road of co-parenting.

It is our hope that we can assist our client in learning how to co-parent with their former spouse so that once we are out of the picture we will have left a positive impact.
